I'm so glad I chose Brenda to be my realtor to find my new home in Knoxville. She actually listened to my wants and needs and gave excellent advice along the way. She is patient and laid back and communicated VERY well at every step of the way. She was prepared and is experienced. I know many realtors and I have enough knowledge of the industry to know good from not so good. Brenda was my only choice!

We couldn't thank Brenda more for the help that she gave us in finding our home here in Knoxville as we moved back from out of state. It was pretty stressful for us with the timeline that we had. However, Brenda worked hard to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. Brenda worked with our schedules to help us view the listings over video, and she even worked to show houses to our adult children who live here in knoxville. Getting through the paperwork and the closing was pretty much a breeze, too, as Brenda knew everything that we needed to do and was there holding our hand to make sure that we didn't mess up. Brenda even thought of the little things that show her experience and care for real estate details. One example was that she ensured that we had home warranty protection built into our closing contract. That immediately gives us peace of mind, and lets us know that she's thinking of the little things that can have lasting results. My family is forever grateful to Brenda for her help, and we believe that she can help anyone find their next home.

In a world where real estate agent communication can be less than desirable and agents can go above and beyond to not be helpful- BRENDA proves all that WRONG! She's a 10/10 on the agent scale. We just closed our first deal together and-I must say- she's communicative and easy to work with. Our jobs are hard. They can be brutal when the agent makes it even more messy and dramatic than it needs to be. But, Brenda is helpful, goes above and beyond to over communicate and is always working to move the deal forward. I cannot wait to do another deal with her. I'm sure her clients love her tremendously. She's an asset to the Knoxville real estate agent pool. Thank you, Brenda, for being easy to deal with and for loving on all that come into your path.

Brenda has a great eye and is a straight shooter. She basically gives you a pre home inspection during your showings and tells you what you need to know, even when it isn’t fun news to tell. We will use her again in the future!
